Welcome to Hasio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hasio mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Hasio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hasio is a travel guide platform for Saudi Arabia that provides:

• A directory of hotels, restaurants, attractions, events, and tours
• An interactive map for exploring destinations
• An AI-powered travel planner for personalized itineraries
• A trip itinerary builder to plan and organize your travels
• A booking system for reservations and event tickets
• A freelancer services marketplace (photographers, drivers, tour guides, etc.)
• The ability to save favorite listings and create travel moments

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types

• Tourist: Free access to browse listings, book services, use the AI planner, save favorites, and build trip itineraries.
• Business Owner: Post and manage listings (hotels, restaurants, attractions, events). Requires document verification and admin approval.
• Service Provider: Post and manage freelancer services (photography, driving, guiding, etc.). Requires document verification and admin approval.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Business Owners and Service Providers

4.1 Verification

Business owners and service providers must submit valid documentation for identity and business verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

4.2 Content Standards

Listings and services posted on Hasio must:

• Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Include valid contact information and pricing where applicable
• Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations

4.3 Content Moderation

All submitted listings and services are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to remove or reject any content that violates these Terms. Editing approved content resets it to pending review status.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

6. Bookings and Transactions

• Hasio facilitates bookings between users and service providers/businesses
• We are not a party to any transaction between users and providers
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual providers
• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses or freelancers

7. AI Travel Planner

• The AI travel planner provides recommendations based on available information and should be used as a guide only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated recommendations
• Users should verify important details (operating hours, prices, availability) directly with providers

8. Intellectual Property

• The Hasio name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property
• Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform
• You must not use content from other users without their permission
• Photos and descriptions from seed data may be sourced from public domain or licensed sources

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
