Hasio is a travel guide for Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. It helps you discover hotels, restaurants, attractions and events across Hofuf, Al-Mubarraz, Al-Oyoun and Al-Omran, plan trips, and book local services.

How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Sign Up. You only need an email address and a password.
Browsing listings does not require an account.
How do I list my hotel, restaurant or business?
Create an account, then upgrade it to a business account from Settings. You
will be asked to upload a verification document. Our team reviews it and
approves your account, usually within a few days. Once approved you can post
your listings.
How do I offer services as a freelancer?
The same process: upgrade to a service provider account, upload your document
for verification, and post your services once approved.
Why is my listing still pending?
Every listing is reviewed before it appears publicly. If it has been more than
a few days, email us and we will check it for you.
How do I report content or block a user?
Every listing and profile has a report option. Reported content is reviewed and
removed if it breaks our rules.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes
your profile, listings, bookings and saved moments. You can also request
deletion at hasio.xyz/delete-account.

كيف أنشئ حساباً؟
افتح التطبيق واضغط على إنشاء حساب. تحتاج فقط إلى بريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور.
تصفح الأماكن لا يتطلب حساباً.
كيف أضيف فندقي أو مطعمي أو نشاطي التجاري؟
أنشئ حساباً، ثم قم بترقيته إلى حساب أعمال من الإعدادات. سيُطلب منك رفع
وثيقة تحقق. يراجعها فريقنا ويوافق على حسابك، عادةً خلال أيام قليلة. بعد
الموافقة يمكنك نشر إعلاناتك.
كيف أقدم خدماتي كمستقل؟
بنفس الطريقة: قم بترقية حسابك إلى مقدم خدمات، وارفع وثيقة التحقق، وانشر
خدماتك بعد الموافقة.
لماذا لا يزال إعلاني قيد المراجعة؟
تتم مراجعة كل إعلان قبل ظهوره للعامة. إذا مرت أكثر من بضعة أيام، راسلنا
وسنتحقق من الأمر.
كيف أبلغ عن محتوى أو أحظر مستخدماً؟
كل إعلان وملف شخصي يحتوي على خيار الإبلاغ. تتم مراجعة المحتوى المبلغ عنه
وإزالته إذا خالف قواعدنا.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟
افتح الإعدادات في التطبيق واختر حذف الحساب. هذا يزيل نهائياً ملفك الشخصي
وإعلاناتك وحجوزاتك ولحظاتك المحفوظة.
